Ingredients

  • 1 cup frozen cherries
  • ½ cup chopped kale stalks removed and torn up (or replace with spinach)
  • 2 Tablespoon cocoa powder
  • 1 Tablespoon ground flax seeds
  • ½ cup fat free vanilla Greek yogurt
  • ¾ cup plain or vanilla kefir or replace with milk or non-dairy milk
  • sweetener of your choice to taste (optional)

Instructions

  • Place all ingredients in a blender. Blend on high power until smooth.

Notes

Skim or 1% milk can be used in place of kefir
