Ingredients

slices crusty bread (like sourdough)

thinly sliced or mashed

Instructions
Lightly toast bread, if desired. Layer avocado slices (or spread mashed avocado) on each slice of bread. Top one of the slices with the bacon and tomato. Season generously with salt and pepper. Eat immediately.
