Instructions
Add the coarsely chopped basil, 3 Tablespoons balsamic vinegar, 1 teaspoon honey, 1 small clove garlic, 1/2 teaspoon dijon mustard, 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt, and 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper to a 2-cup measuring cup (or any vessel that will fit your immersion blender). Blend until smooth.
With the immersion blender running, slowly drizzle in 1/4 cup canola oil and continue blending until emulsified. Use immediately on salad, roasted vegetables or meats, or store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week.
