1ouncewhite rum
1ouncecoconut rum
onehandful of ice cubes
Sliced pineapple or maraschino cherriesoptional - to garnish
Instructions
Add 3/4 cup canned coconut milk, 1 cup frozen pineapple, 2 Tablespoons simple syrup (or 1 Tablespoon of granulated or super-fine sugar), 1 ounce white rum, 1 ounce coconut rum, and one handful of ice cubes to a blender. Blend until smooth. Pour into two glasses and serve with a slice of lime or maraschino cherry as desired.
Notes
If using granulated sugar instead of simple syrup, you may have to increase blending time to get the sugar to dissolve completely
