Super Easy Pizza Sauce

This homemade pizza sauce is a great tasting, quick and easy sauce to add to any homemade pizza.

Ingredients

  • 14 oz canned tomato sauce
  • 1 Tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried basil
  • ½ teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 pinch red pepper flakes (optional)

Instructions

  • Stir together 14 oz canned tomato sauce, 1 Tablespoon olive oil, 1 clove garlic, 1 teaspoon dried basil, ½ teaspoon dried oregano, and 1 pinch red pepper flakes in a medium bowl. Set aside until ready to use. Can be refrigerated in an airtight container for up to a week.

Note: This recipe makes enough sauce for 4 medium pizzas.
