Pop popcorn however you'd like. Meanwhile, add 1 Tablespoon unsalted butter, 1 Tablespoon olive oil, and 4-6 anchovy fillets to a small skillet over medium heat. Melt the butter and mash the anchovies with a spoon. When the butter is melted and anchovies are broken down, add 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes and cook for another minute. Remove from heat.
