Instructions
Grease a 9x13" baking pan. Set aside.
Place 16 ounce package Oreo cookies in a large freezer bag. Break cookies into chunks using a rolling pin or small pan. Set aside.
Place 4 Tablespoons butter into a large, microwave-safe bowl. Heat on high until melted, about 30 seconds. Add 16 ounce bag mini marshmallows to the bowl and toss to coat with butter. Microwave on high at 30 second intervals until melted, stirring every 30 seconds. Stir in 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract. Add crushed cookies and 4 cups rice krispies and stir until combined.
Transfer mixture to prepared baking pan and let sit at room temperature until set, about 1 hour.
