Preheat oven to 350°F. Prepare a 9x9" baking pan by lining with foil and greasing lightly. Set aside.
Add 14 ounce can of black beans, (rinse and drain them first), 2 large eggs, 1/2 cup cocoa powder, 3/4 cup granulated sugar, 2 Tablespoons canola oil, 2 Tablespoons plain or vanilla Greek yogurt, 1 teaspoon vanilla extract, 1/2 teaspoon instant coffee, 1/2 teaspoon salt, 1/2 teaspoon baking powder, and 1/4 teaspoon baking soda to a food processor. Pulse until completely smooth. Stir in half a cup of the chocolate chips.
Pour batter into prepared pan. Sprinkle the remaining half a cup of chocolate chips on top of the batter. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center of the brownies comes out clean. Place on a wire rack and cool completely, at least 30 minutes. Remove foil sling and peel foil from brownies. Cut and serve. Store leftovers in an airtight container.
Notes
If you don't have a food processor, you could use a blender or immersion blender instead.
