This S'Mores Pizza is the perfect dessert for pizza night. The dough is topped with chocolate, graham, and marshmallow for a melty sweet treat.
If I've learned anything from watching food blogs and Pinterest this summer, it's that people LOVE S'Mores. And not just your regular old campfire marshmallow-and-chocolate-between-graham wafers s'mores, but all kinds of things like s'mores ice cream, popsicles, bars, cookies, cakes, and of course, s'mores ice cream cake. This time though, I made Super Gooey S'Mores Pizza.
I came up with this one after making homemade pizza. I had made a couple of pizzas and used up all of my pizza topping ingredients, but I still had a little bit of pizza dough left.
Always industrious, and never wanting to waste anything, I scoured my pantry for dessert pizza toppings. I had chocolate chips (I ALWAYS have chocolate chips), graham crackers, and some homemade marshmallow fluff. And come on, what sounds better than s'mores pizza?
How to Make S'Mores Pizza:
Making this S'Mores Pizza is best when you're already making pizza and have some pizza dough left over. That way, you will save yourself the task of making (or buying) fresh pizza dough, and your pizza stone will already be heated up.
Stretch out the dough and form it into a circle. Sprinkle the dough with the chocolate chips and broken-up graham wafers. Dropped dollops of marshmallow fluff on top of it all. If you don't have marshmallow fluff, just use regular marshmallows; either mini or regular will be fine.
Bake it up as if you were making any homemade pizza - on a hot pizza stone in a hot (500°F) oven or grill. It won't take long to cook, 10 minutes at the most.
When you take it out, the chocolate and marshmallow will be all melty and gooey and the marshmallow will be slightly browned on the edges. You will want to put the whole thing straight into your mouth but try not to. No one wants a pizza burn!
Cut the pizza up into 4 wedges, and share with your friends or family.
S'Mores Pizza Ingredients:

- Graham wafers
- Chocolate chips: Or you can use your favorite milk or dark chocolate chunks (use your favorite dairy-free chocolate to make this recipe dairy-free)
- Marshmallow fluff: or use regular or mini marshmallows, which are actually easier to put on the pizza
